Oman Cement Company (SAOG) is pleased to inform the investors the following highlights of audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2011 approved by its Board of Directors on 21st February 2012, subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting to be held on 17th March 2012.

In compliance with the requirement of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law on disclosure of material information, we have to inform that the company has received from Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs, the Ministerial decision directing the company to shut down its first production line for a period of one month to be renewed in case of further violations
